Site Description

The site is currently part shrubland to boundary with some former hard surfacing with the developable area extending approximately 0.43 acres and further area of land of approximately 0.7 acres currently providing parking facilities and access to the lake which is available should a buyer be interested in purchasing the lake. The land was cleared in November 2019 and is generally flat  where the proposed homes are located.

Location

The site is situated on the edge of the Holborough Lakes Development approximately 0.5 miles west of the small town of Snodland.

The county town of Maidstone is approximately 9 miles from the site providing excellent shopping, schooling and sporting facilities with the delightful period village of West Malling with its boutique range of shops and restaurants being approximately 4 miles away.

Detailed planning consent was granted by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council under reference number, 19/02743/FL dated 18th March 2020 for the erection of six 3-bedroom semi-detached houses and associated car parking, subject to certain conditions.  Further documents are available by following the link

Proposed Development
