Planning

Detailed planning consent was granted by Sevenoaks District Council under reference no SE/17/00943/FUL for the erection of two semi-detached cottage style houses and associated parking. The design and quality proposed is complimented by the rural location and the houses themselves will have excellent views over surrounding pasture and farmland. 

In addition a CIL payment of £30,022.65 will be required.
