Our client base is widely varied, assisting larger well established developers to managing the small to medium sized developers and house builders by offering a bespoke service to match their needs and requirements.

 

Our aim is to create a seamless and strategic partnerships with our developer clients, offering advice from specification to sales and can offer the complete marketing package which can be adapted to meet their individual needs. Monitoring of all marketing responses is closely undertaken by our sales teams to give feedback on a regular basis and to ensure that marketing strategies are continually aimed at the right audience.

 

Our services continue beyond marketing and, once sales are successfully secured, our experienced team members are dedicated to making sure all sales are closely progressed, aiming for an exchange of contracts within a 28 day deadline, by liaising with all parties, including solicitors, estate agents when related sales are involved and financial advisors. Once exchange has taken place we also manage home demo’s, property inspections and handovers on completion should the need be required.
