Town Farm Place is a development of just 25, three and four bedroom homes close to the centre of Ashford. Ashford is a bustling and dynamic town located on the southern edge of the North Downs approximately 60 miles southeast of Central London and 15 miles northwest of Folkestone.

The town has a wide range of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants in the centre as well as County Square Shopping Centre which has over fifty stores, including Debenhams, M&S, Net, H&M, River Island & New Look to name just a few of the big names. In recent years Ashford has been seen as the perfect location in Kent offering a excellent work/life balance due to the excellent connections to capital, coast or continent via road and rail. Ashford International station is within walk able distance and offers to London including the high speed to London St Pancras International (approx 37mins), Lille, Brussels and Paris and connections to the rest of Europe, as well as local services. The M20 (junction 10) also allows easy access to the M25 and the motorway network beyond.
